It is a good sign indeed, they like your job performance. When a company wants to upgrade their system or facilities or methodology or paradigm, then they choose employees to undertake the training that would facilitate this change by choosing a very reliable person, who is loyal, and most of all they feel that will not leave them. So, if you are a manager, will you train an employee to facilitate changes in your company whom you do not feel loyal to the company?

Employees who are selected for training have a good chance of promotion and wage increases.

When training is given to you, this would mean that you will increase your knowledged and skills, so is your employability.

    Congratulations and good luck

It’s a bad sign that you ask such a question.

probably good if your agency is not currently using that platform. boss must feel confident about your abilities. you could be the lead for start up and implementation.
